To create and print an invoice in WooCommerce on a WordPress website, follow these steps:

      1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard and go to the WooCommerce section.
      2. Find the order you want to invoice and click on “View Order”.
      3. From the Order Details page, click on the “Create Invoice” button.
      4. Once the invoice is generated, click on the “Print Invoice” button to open the printable version of the invoice.
      5. You can either print it directly from your browser or save it as a PDF file for future reference.

Note: The exact steps may vary depending on the WooCommerce plugin version and the theme you are using.

By default, Woocommerce only sends order information by email but does not allow creating pdf invoices for printing. You need to use the plugin for that. There are many plugins to help you create invoices as pdfs including paid and free.

If you only need to display the basic information of the order, you should use the free plugin.

Recommend to use ‘WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips‘, it has a free and pro version. But just using the free version is enough. Sometimes you don’t want the shipper to know the value of the item in the package, you can print Packing Slip.

If you need advanced customization features for your invoice, you can consider premium plugins

Featured premium plugins for your reference:

      • WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional
      • WooCommerce PDF Invoice
