• Secure Access Mechanism: We use Namecheap’s “Share Access” feature.

• Licenses: The Kickstart package includes deployment labor and Custom Code. Please refer back to the Solution Kit documentation to prepare License keys for paid Plugins (such as Dokan Pro, ReHub).

4. Handover & Launch Process

The “Turnkey” handover process is standardized into 4 transparent steps:

1. Step 1: Preparation: Ensure you have purchased Hosting/Domain at Namecheap. Please double-check the tool list in the Solution Kit documentation. If a tool requires a paid license, please purchase and have the installation file/Key ready. For free tools, no further preparation is needed.
2. Step 2: Grant Access:
   • Domain: Go to Namecheap Dashboard -> Domain List -> Manage -> Sharing & Transfer. Add the technical email of Team GetSolu.com (provided when you Redeem the Kickstart) with management rights.
   • Hosting: Send cPanel login details (Login URL, Username, Password) via our Secure Messaging System.
3. Step 3: The Launch: Team GetSolu.com will handle all technical stages: pointing the domain to the hosting, setting up the server environment, installing WordPress, and deploying the entire “The Exclusive Pet Ecosystem” Tech Stack. Within 3-5 business days, the handover process is complete; you change your password and officially take control of your digital empire.
4. Step 4: Mentor Activation: Immediately after the web handover, you receive access to the Custom AI Mentor to begin the journey of recruiting partners and operating the marketplace.

5. Commitment & Notes

• Security: All website administration information (Admin User) is handed over solely to you. GetSolu does not store access rights after the handover is complete. To ensure absolute safety, we recommend you create a new Admin account for yourself and delete the old account created by the GetSolu.com team during installation.
• Scope & Support: The installation package ensures the system operates correctly according to the technical description of the Solution Kit. Business operations are the responsibility of the owner, but don’t worry, you are not alone!
